Q1: Is the submission of full papers still open?

No. – The extended submission deadline expired on October 17, 2016. Each corresponding author can publish two full papers of him/her by paying one full WLF4 registration fee. There will be a substantial student registration fee reduction. The reviewed and accepted full papers will be published only if WLF4 registration fee is paid.

Q2: Can we expect a prolongation of the full paper submission deadline?

No. – The deadline for full paper submission was initially extended from August 31 to September 30, 2016, and then closed on October 17, 2016.

Q3: Will there be WLF4 Abstracts Proceedings published?

No. – All refereed and accepted full papers will be published in a set of full-coloured books published by Springer Nature, available at the time of the WLF4 (pre-forum publication).

Q4: How can I submit a revision of the full paper to WLF4?

Easy. – Go to http://www.editorialmanager.com/wlfo/, register if you have not registered yet when submitting the abstract resp. full paper by using the button “REGISTER” in the Main menu. Use credentials (User Name and Password) and follow the instruction in the Editorial Manager.

Q5: Can I change the abstract title and the authors of the accepted abstract to WLF4?

Yes. – Please, do that while submitting your full paper, and do not send emails to secreatariat@wlf4.org.

Q6: What about the WLF4 Photo Contest?

The WLF4 Photo Contest and Exhibition will be open to registered WLF4 participants only. The detailed info will be published soon. Each WLF4 participants would be able to submit two photos (to two categories out of three contest categories). The best three photos in each category will be given each a practical prize.

Q7: Will there be a poster presentation possible?

Yes. – We are planning to offer as a part of the WLF4 Programme three open sessions during lunch breaks. There will be given opportunity to WLF4 participants to present posters, deliver printed copies of their published papers, or to show videos. Of course, all refereed and accepted full papers will be orally presented during parallel WLF4 Technical Sessions.

Q8: Are there financial means available to support attendance to WLF4?

No. – The WLF4 registration fee and travel costs should be born by the participant himself/herself.

Q9: Who can submit a full paper to the WLF4 Student Session?

The corresponding author of such a paper should be a full-time or a part-time student of under- or postgraduate studies with a valid status during the registration for the WLF4.

Q10: How can I register for a Post-Forum Study Tour?

There are three study tours offered to WLF4 participants. The application is apart of the WLF4 registration procedure. The WLF4 Early-bird registration is open until December 15, 2016. The places for the study tours will be given away on the first-come basis.

Q11: What is included in the WLF4 registration fee?

A lot.- The WLF4 Early-bird registration is open until December 15, 2016. Please, visit the registration page to see what is included in the registration fee for each of the offered registration categories.

Q12: How can I make hotel reservations for WLF4?

Easy. – A contingent of different price classes of accommodations have been already reserved, for accommodation related questions, please, use registration@cd-cc.si.
